Pleasant accommodation with particularly good setting really close to numerous restaurants and bars and beach. Excellent and helpful hotel employees all round. Family atmosphere, a huge variety of tasty dishes.

Make sure you stay in the family room with the view of the city. Glad to have a private safe, central heating, and a work desk. The location is great and brilliant in a lovely area, near to numerous restaurants, and bars & restaurants. You will be about a 5-minute drive from Playa Serena.

The hotel provides great value for money. From the affordable prices to the attention to detail, this hotel is a great choice. The location is perfect, close to numerous restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The service from the staff is excellent, always attentive and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with large bathrooms that provide added convenience. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, offering a great start to the day. One notable detail is the bottle of champagne left in the room, a lovely touch that made our stay even more special.

No major issues, everything was fine.

The hotel's location was amazing, just a stone's throw away from the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Our room was comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. The bathroom was modern and spacious, complete with toiletries provided. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with many options to choose from. We loved the beautiful view of the pool from our balcony and appreciated the good air conditioning during the hot weather. Plus, there were lots of facilities for kids.

There was always a long wait for the lifts since there were only two for such a large hotel.

The food quality at the buffet was very good, with plenty of options to choose from. the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the cleaning standards were excellent. the reception staff were friendly and helpful. the large toiletry bottles in the bathroom were a nice touch. the soundproofing in the rooms was impressive, and the kids seemed to enjoy the entertainment provided by the clown.

The food was a disappointment at times. On our last day, we arrived for breakfast to find that there were no eggs, juice, or sliced bread available.

our stay at pierre & vacances in roquetas de mar exceeded our expectations! the food was delicious with a great variety, and the bed was super comfy. the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff at the reception were amazing. we loved the modern room with amazing views and the helpfulness of the staff made our honeymoon trip even more special.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and nice. the hotel had a great location, close to the beach and with beautiful views. the food served at the hotel was of good quality and there was a large variety to choose from.

The towels provided were quite thin and the checking in process took a long time with a queue of almost an hour. there were only two lifts for a large hotel resulting in long queues during peak hours.

We enjoyed our stay and found the rooms spacious with modern amenities. The views of the pool were really nice and the air conditioning worked well. The quality of the food was good, with buffet style meals and the ability to choose our own amount of food. The location was great as it was only a short walk from the promenade front which offered lovely views. Another advantage was that there was plenty of parking available, both in the free public car park next door to the hotel and on the street.

We did have some negative experiences during our stay. The worst aspect was the long wait during check-in, which took almost an hour.
